This Return and Refund Policy applies to all digital course purchases made through arthandmadear. Due to the digital nature of our 3D skills training courses, we have established a fair refund policy that protects both students and our educational platform.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you meet the following criteria:

You request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date
You have accessed less than 20% of the total course content (as measured by video watch time and lesson completion)
You experience technical issues that prevent course access that we are unable to resolve within 48 hours
The course content significantly differs from the advertised description in a material way
You have not downloaded or saved course materials, project files, or resources for offline use

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

You have accessed more than 20% of the course content
Your refund request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date
You have downloaded course materials, project files, or resources
Change of mind after completing significant portions of the course
Failure to meet system requirements (which are clearly stated before purchase)
Dissatisfaction with course difficulty level or teaching style (as these are subjective)
Request for refund due to inability to complete the course within the access period

Course Access After Refund

Any certificates or credentials associated with the course will be invalidated
You must delete any downloaded course materials from your devices

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion, such as:

Technical issues that affected only a portion of the course
Course content that partially differs from the description
Other situations where a full refund is not appropriate but some compensation is warranted
